wolf children
This is one of my all-time favorite movies. I really enjoy the concept of people being able to shift between human and wolf. The only thing I disliked is the zoophilia, other than that the entire movie was beautifully animated, voice acted, and written.
kiki's delivery service
I didn't really enjoy this movie at first, but recently I rewatched it and it's one of the most magnificent masterpieces that I've come across. I really have no words to describe how much I loved this movie.
howl's moving castle
Howl's moving castle isn't my favorite film, but it's definitely up there. The entire plot is something that's so well-thought out (as expected from Studio Ghibli) that it's hard to not enjoy this movie.
your name
I feel like people shit on your name for no reason. When I watched it with my brother for the second time (the first time I didn't watch it all the way through) the sound design was so breathtaking and I had literal chills. From the animation they did to the voice acting that so thrillingly begged me to watch more was just incredible.
weathering with you
I hated this movie for some reason until recently I downloaded it on my computer for when my internet goes out. I didn't realize it would be such a spectacular film. I just absolutely adore CoMix movies. I really can't fathom how much this movie made me feel.

OH MY GOD THIS MOVIE IS INCREDIBLE. The entire storyline is just absolutely insane. It takes place inside this resort where kami go to rest, meaning it can take so many unnatural twists. I enjoyed this movie so fucking much it's crazy. Please watch this movie.

My dad was is a geek for movies, he loves making movies, animation, writing, etc. And when I was very young he introduced me to Miyazaki films. Totoro was this beautiful movie that my dad was so eager to show me. Even after re-watching it now, I still get chills just from the music.
princess mononoke
I LOVE THIS MOVIE SO MUCH, it's gruesome and I probably shouldn't have watched it at a really young age as my dad again introduced me to this when I was a kid, but I enjoyed A LOT it nonetheless.
pokemon 2000s movie
I know that the Pokemon anime isn't all that good, but up until the Sun and Moon version, Pokemon was literally one of the best animes I had ever seen. And it holds up. The Pokemon 2000s movie holds a place in my heart after I watched it on my moms iPhone while on a week-long car trip. Lugia and Fire (Moltres) are 2 of my favorite pokemon anyways, so I enjoyed the movie. If you remove Kenji, this is the best Pokemon movie ever. It's so fucking amazing and I'm shocked more people don't like it. I'm a huge Pokemon nerd in general so perhaps I'm giving this a better rating than I should, but really this movie is incredible.
pokemon 2000s movie (entei)
I think for every Pokemon movie it's the same, the anime is underrated because people like the games more. Which definitely I can understand. But again, before 2016 the anime was actually really enjoyable. I hadn't watched this movie in a while until my brother reminded me of it and we watched it together. Unown's are some of my favorite Pokemon and they were very humorous flying around, in a way. I've never really liked the Three Sacred Beasts, Suicune has the best design and the rest are okay-ish. Regardless, I love this movie. It's beautiful and just makes me nostalgic.
lucario and the mystery of mew
I think this is one of my favorite Pokemon films just because of what region it took place in. I never liked Masato but I could stand him for the sake of this movie. Maybe it's because Lucario and Mew are again, 2 of my favorite Pokemon. I didn't like the part where they're trapped in the orange slime stuff honestly, and that was most of the plot. Regardless of that I love this movie and I always will.
genesect and the legend awakened
THIS MOVIE IS MY FAVORITE THING EVER. Genesect is my #1 favorite Pokemon if you disagree that it's the best you're wrong. It can learn extremely good moves and is also a steel type so I believe it takes less damage from fire type moves which would be super effective against it since it's also a bug type. It's appearance is literally adorable and I couldn't love any other Pokemon more. But that's aside the point, this movie is great. I really enjoy the Mewtwo female version, it's design is a lot better than the male version. I don't really care about the plot, I'd say it's okay. Not my favorite, but it's okay.
